— In case of resistive load:
- Normal AVR Genset: In case of load is over than 110%, there’s black smoke, frequency drop down, engine shut off.
- G+R AVR Genset: Unit can run at 110%, the engine won’t shut off in case of sudden load 150%.
- Note: Typical pure resistive load includes: electric cooker, water boiler, electric heater, incandescent light bulb etc.
— In case of inductive load:
- Normal AVR Genset: Can start 50%Pn motor type load at zero load.
- G+R AVR Genset: Can start 80%Pn motor type load at zero load.
- Note: Typical inductive load includes: motor, water pump, fan, driller, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, electric fan,fluorescent lamp with inductive ballast, metal halide lamp etc.
— In case of capacitive load:
- Normal AVR Genset: The voltage will increase sharply and AVR easily damaged.
- G+R AVR Genset: Stable voltage ouput.
- Note: Typical capacitive load includes: capacitive switch-mode electric appliance such as: TV set, computer, DVD etc.
